Photogoraphy.

Alright, I realize that I am a horrible blogger, but I don't really care at the moment. I think I'm finally settling in here, becoming comfortable in classes, talking to people ect. however, that could just be a reflection of my Tuesday. Here are some pictures of the things I've done over the last month while not updating :D.

Visiting l'etretat with Keely.

None of the teachers were at school, the one day that week we went. So, we ventured to the castle just down the street. Hearing shouting and drums from the city below we followed and found this:

This is where the teachers were. Along with 3/4 of the French population who participated in a general strike that day. I grabbed a pain au chocolat (good for all occaisions) and we watched a parade of protest signs we couldn't understand.

Claude took us to the Canadian cemetary in Dieppe. For those who don't know before D-Day, the Canadians launched a suprise attack on the Nazi-occupied Dieppe that quickly turned into a massacre, and only about 20 survived. Claude knows two of them.

The Rouen cathedral.

The spot where Joan of Arc was burned.

St. Patrick's Day!

Hall of mirrors, Versailles.

Amsterdam, so fucking pretty. Also the most amount of bicycles I have yet to see in one place.

Giant iron atom in Brussels, apparently it has a restaurant and stuff inside.

Moules frites, lovely Belgian cuisine with lovely Belgian beer.

Thats all for tonight, more writing next time! I am tired as fuck but luckily its just a half day tommorow. There may be baking. Goodnight.
